Every VisiFlora order is backed by a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. You have a full two months to try the product and decide whether it works for you. If you are not happy with your experience for any reason, you are entitled to a complete refund of the product purchase price.
2. What's Covered
- All single-bottle and multi-bottle orders are eligible
- You can return bottles even if they have been opened or are empty
- The refund covers the product cost in full
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable
3. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps within 60 days of your original purchase:

- Provide your order details — name, email used at checkout, and order number from your confirmation email.
- Ship the bottles back to the return address our team provides. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Wait for confirmation — once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Bank processing times may add a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Refund Timeline
After we receive your returned bottles, refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post to your account.
5. Important Notes
- The 60-day window begins on the date of your original purchase, not the date you received the package.
- Refunds are issued for the product only. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
