Shipping Policy
VisiFlora ships from our United States fulfillment center. Below you will find information about processing times, shipping rates, delivery estimates, and our domestic and international shipping policies.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or major US holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Free Shipping: Free US shipping is included with the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages.
- Standard Shipping: Available on single-bottle and 2-bottle orders for a small flat-rate fee, calculated at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Most US orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Tracking: A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships.
3. International Shipping
VisiFlora may ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. International orders are typically delivered within 10 to 21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Please note:
- International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- Delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance.
- Not all countries accept dietary supplement shipments. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package status using the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact support.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
VisiFlora is not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. If your tracking shows delivery but the package is missing:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look at all entry points around your delivery location
- Contact the carrier with the tracking number to file a claim
- If the issue cannot be resolved with the carrier, contact our support team
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at support@visiflora.com. We can only modify orders that have not yet shipped.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged or the product is broken, please:
- Take a photo of the damaged package and product
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
- We will arrange a free replacement or refund at our discretion
8. Customs & Duties (International)
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your country of import. Refusal of delivery due to customs charges does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs.
